Refund Policy
Ameriturf Systems offers an “Exchange Only” policy. If your merchandise is damaged in transit, defective, we will exchange it upon return and inspection of the merchandise claimed to be defective. Merchandise must be postmarked within (7) business days of receipt of shipment in order to qualify for an exchange. Please specify your reason for the return. You will receive your new merchandise within ten (10) days after we receive your Exchange Request. Merchandise shipped outside the United States will take longer to fulfill. All sales are final.
