Ameriturf Systems synthetic grass products do “not” contain lead per EPA standards and CPSC guidelines.
Recently an article was released in New Jersey regarding recent tests conducted on the potential lead content of synthetic grass and synthetic turf fiber products.
The release goes on to explains that there is low risk levels for public use and more testing needed to be conducted.
Ameriturf Systems is pleased to inform the public & all of its customers that synthetic turf and grass products are tested to be extremely safe.
Ameriturf Systems has MSDS data sheets in addition to 3rd party test reports supporting that the materials used & contained within our synthetic grass fibers are non-toxic to the environment & humans alike.
Moreover, none of the components that make up our playground products contain any level of toxicity or pose any threat to human welfare.
Ameriturf has successfully tested all components that make up its turf products with the only accurate & accepted test per the EPA, which is an acid emersion test. All other tests such as XRF & Wipe tests have high degree environmental & testing inaccuracy.
